This site was first developed as a school in the 1950s, but later demolished in the early 1980’s, it has been largely empty for over 30 years and is now an ugly space covered by concrete slabs.
Peveril Homes have also heard from our neighbours in Gregory Avenue and the Local Parish Council about fly-tipping trespassing and other anti-social behaviour both on the site and closer to their homes.
Our plans will deal with both these problems by transforming this piece of land into a safe, secure and usable place providing homes to people hoping to move or stay in Breaston, while improving the space for our neighbours.
We believe our development will be a positive legacy for the community.
