With the exception of the new access road, our new development will only be contained inside the existing concreted / tarmac site, and we won’t be building on the surrounding fields to the east and north, which will remain as existing.
We will be landscaping the green space to the south of the site, for the benefit of the existing and new community.
Our plans are to include a new pond and a children’s playground, and we are also looking at other amenities we can include here to benefit the wider community.

Drivers will access the site through this space too, coming up directly from Draycott Road. There will also be a foot and cycle path going into the development from Gregory Avenue, therefore creating a pedestrian, cycle path link up to Draycott Road and the fields beyond.
